Staying at this hotel was fantastic for our family with children! The kids loved the athletic club, especially the steam room after a day of exploring. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail for breathtaking views and family strolls, and we enjoyed the fun atmosphere at Fletcher's pub. Each corner of this place feels welcoming and rich in local character.
For dads, it would be great if the menus catered more to kids' tastes.

The stay included a fantastic selection of food available from 6AM to 11PM, which was a game changer for my schedule! ! The shops in the hotel offered unique finds that were delightful. The art related to Captain Cook throughout the hotel added a rich cultural touch that I truly appreciated.
Some noise from nearby rooms was a bit disruptive during the night, but it wasn't terrible.

Attentive staff made check-in easy. Room decor feels outdated, but the waterfront views are lovely. The location allows for easy access to walking tours and local shops. Limited dining options and slow room service let this place down a bit.
